  Program and focuses on the practical application and best practices of th
 e project management processes outlined in the Project Management Institut
 e's A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge® (PMBOK).  For b
 eginners, we highly recommend you take "Fundamentals of Project Management
 " first, but is you are already familiar with Project Management principle
 s and implementing some Project Management concepts already, this is a goo
 d fit for you.\n\nThis course moves beyond the abstract theory of Project 
 Management and addresses real-world application in the workplace. In this 
 program, you will solve project management problems and practice the power
 ful tools that will be immediately useful in your work. Working with your 
 classmates , you will tackle a real project, generate solutions, execute y
 our plan, and get immediate feedback from your peers and instructors. Thes
