President's 25th Anniversary of 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb

On Friday, Sep 11, 2026, from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. President Bradley will host a 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb @ L&N Stadium to honor the victims, and first responders who gave their lives, and the thousands more whose service and sacrifice continue to shape our country. Hosted by UofL Army Reserve Officer Training Corps and Air Force Reserve Officer Training Corp, faculty and staff participants can complete a 2,071-step stair climb—equivalent to the 110 floors first responders ascended at the World Trade Center. There is also a modified option of eight laps around the field, providing an accessible mile‑plus tribute. Registeration information will be UofL Today in early August.
