  can offer something better than a stress spiral.\n\nJoin us at Ekstrom 
 Library on Thursday, April 23 from 2–4 PM for a serotonin boost cour
 tesy of puppies from the Humane Society. Swing by between study sessions,
  reset your brain, and leave a little less stressed (and possibly covered 
 in dog hair.)\n\nNo sign-ups. No expectations. Just show up, breathe, and 
 pet a dog.
