DESCRIPTION:The Office of Research and Innovation invites you to the inaugu
 ral monthly seminar of the Louisville Organoid Research Network. Dr. Chris
 tie Buonpane, Assistant Professor, Department of Surgery (Pediatric Divisi
 on), School of Medicine will deliver a seminar titled: "Human-Derived Orga
 noids and New Approach Methodologies: Applications, Opportunities, and Fut
 ure Directions." The seminar will take place on Wednesday, April 22, 2026,
  at 3:00 pm ET, in CTRB 123 and via Teams. \n\nFollowing this inaugural s
 eminar on April 22, the monthly series will be held on the 2nd Tuesdays of
  every month at 3 p.m. \n\nThe Louisville Organoid Research Network was l
 aunched in February 2026 to connect UofL researchers working with or inter
 ested in organoids and human-relevant model systems. To join the Network's
  listserv and receive invitations to the monthly seminars and Network upda
